Quality materials and equipment
The world's best raw materials go into helping us make top-quality abrasive products. We start with sand paper from France, which has better granular distribution for smoother sanding. Resin from Taiwan ensures a strong bond and a longer lifespan. And we count on resin-bonding equipment from Italy and Japan to lock the abrasive material in place and ensure quality.
Product variety
We offer ceramic grinding wheels in diameters from 10cm to 1.1m. We can also provide high quality flap wheels, flap discs, rubber bond wheels and cutting wheels for your selection. Your custom requirements are also welcome and will be handled by our 20 R&D staff members. We have more than 15 years of product development experience and will have your sample ready in 25 days. We also turn out four new products every year. And we collaborate with several universities to stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
Triple-checking QC
Our QC staff begins their work with the inspection of the raw materials before they are even put into production. In addition to the checks our partner factories do on their own, our QC team, whose members all have more than 10 years of experience, also check the rotating speed, hardness, packing, and buyers' logos to make sure we meet your requirements.
